Are your Andersen multipoint locks not functioning properly?

Give Empire Lock & Safe a call at 615-672-8888 for help with your Andersen doors and locks.

If you are here you probably have a Andersen door that doesn’t work properly or you might even have one that has totally stopped working. Chances are pretty good you have had a few locksmiths look at your doors and they simply said NO! Don’t worry, WE CAN HELP YOU!.

A bit about Andersen:

Headquartered in Bayport, Minnesota, Andersen Corporation and its subsidiaries manufacture and market window and door products under the Andersen®, Renewal by Andersen®, EMCO®, Weiland®, and MQ™ brands. Andersen, a privately held company, was founded in 1903 and employs more than 12,000 people with manufacturing sites in North America and Europe.

While Andersen boasts of having “Vetted, trained and backed by the industry leader, Certified Contractors have extensive window and door knowledge to make any project a success” they DO NOT have a certification course for locksmiths, or a list of competent locksmiths to refer calls to. This leaves the homeowner to find help on their own.

Like many other Multipoint systems most locksmiths will not touch an Andersen door. All of our technicians have attended the Andersen certification program at the Locksmith School of America.

Much like other Multipoint locking system you we are sure you can find a YouTube video that makes this stuff look very simple, in most cases it is NOT. Even after successfully repairing well over 200 Andersen doors we still occasionally learn something new.
